Workforce Motivation At Ashok Leyland

Abstract

The primary factors examined in this paper are organizational culture, leadership styles, opportunities for skill development, and employee wellness programs, all of which are intended to motivate Ashok Leyland’s employees. The paper underscores the importance of collaboration, recognition, job security, and career advancement as determinants of employee satisfaction by examining both intrinsic and extrinsic motivating factors within the context of the company’s industrial and corporate settings. The results indicate that Ashok Leyland’s enduring drive is the result of a balanced approach that includes open communication, continual learning, and supportive leadership. The company can subsequently enhance its output while simultaneously preparing its employees to be more committed and prepared for the future.
